Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This policy explains what information FlyerGames collects when you play our games, why we use it, and the choices you have. FlyerGames (games.flyerutility.com) is an initiative of Thousand31 Technologies (“we”, “us”). You do not need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address or payment details in order to play.

4. Why we use your information

5. How long we keep it

Game data stays on your device until you delete it (for example by clearing your browser data). Analytics data is kept for the limited period set in our Google Analytics account. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.

6. Sharing and transfers

We share information only with the service providers named above (Google and Amazon Web Services), who process it for us. They may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under their own safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using Cookie settings, and you can delete all saved game data by clearing your browser’s site data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email thousand31.dev@gmail.com.

8. Children

FlyerGames is made for the whole family, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the games work without accounts or sign-ups. Analytics stays off unless it is accepted on the device. Please supervise young children online. Facebook requires its users to be at least 13 years old, so children should ask a parent before sharing anything.

9. Security

The website is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will ask for your choice again.
